1. Chest Plate Maintenance 槽板保养
• Regularly clean and wax the chest plate with special wax cloth, at least twice each time.
• Do not apply excessive wax to avoid affecting heat transfer and ironing quality.
• Remove rust in time to prevent linen contamination.
2. Chest Roller Maintenance 槽辊维护
• Keep the pressure of the roller uniform in all directions.
• Maintain the roller diameter at 804 mm.
• Replace worn felt or broken springs immediately.
3. Steam System Maintenance 蒸汽系统维护
• Check the steam trap regularly to ensure normal operation.
• Repair at once if temperature or working status is abnormal.
4. Drive System Maintenance 传动系统维护
• Replace gearbox oil after first 300 working hours, then every 1000 hours.
• Check oil level and sealing regularly; no oil leakage allowed.
5. Felt Replacement 毛毡更换
• Replace felt when worn or ironing effect is not satisfactory.
• Fix and wrap the felt smoothly without wrinkles or looseness.
