1, for low temperature -196 ° C, high temperature 360 ° C, with weather resistance, anti-aging. After practical application, if placed continuously for 200 days at a high temperature of 250 °C, not only the strength will not become lower, but also the weight will not decrease; when placed at 350 ° C for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; at -180 ° C It retains its original softness at ultra-low temperatures.
2, non-adhesive: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;
3, resistant to chemical corrosion, can withstand the corrosion of strong acid, alkali, and various organic solvents.
4. Good dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than 5‰) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
5, anti-bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameter.
6, fire retardant.
7. Breathability---The air permeability of the conveyor belt, reducing the heat source cost and improving the drying efficiency.
