Precautions for maintenance and operation of the pre-shrinking machine:1. maintenance
(1) If the moisture in the wet box is uneven, check:
1 Spray or steam pipe is blocked.
2 Whether the steam pressure and water pressure are high or low.
3 Whether the main and passive guide rollers in the wet box are bent or damaged, whether the journals and bearings are damaged or broken.
(2) A single pre-drying cylinder produces wrinkles and abnormal sounds, which should be checked:
1 Whether the water bucket or siphon in the drying cylinder is damaged.
2 Whether the drying cylinder is deformed.
3 Drying cylinder journal, bearing wear or oil cut.
(3) If the blanket runs off or wrinkles, it should be checked:
1 Is the blanket tension roller horizontal or curved, perpendicular to the centerline.
2 The blanket tension roller, the blanket cylinder, the bearing are worn or cut off.
3 Whether the blanket cylinder is conical or oval.
4 Whether the blanket is partially worn or uneven.
(4) The rubber blanket runs off and should be checked:
1 Whether the level of the pressure roller is within the standard range.
2 Whether the circumference of the blanket is consistent on both sides.
3 Whether the rubber blanket wears and aging on both sides, whether there is a ruffle.
If there is no such problem, the rubber blanket should be adjusted to adjust the tension at both ends of the roller, relax the end of the outward deflection or adjust the pressure on both sides of the cloth roller, and pressurize at the end of the outward deflection.
(5) The shrinkage of the pre-shrinking finishing fabric is uneven, and should be checked:
1Whether the steam pressure is high or low, and the wetting is uniform.
2 Whether the temperature of the pre-shrinking machine is uniform.
3 Whether the feed roller or the retard roller has a stable speed difference.
4 Is the pressure stable?
5 Whether the water pressure roller, the feed roller, the retard roller, etc. are bent or elliptical, whether the bearing is damaged or broken.
(6) The pre-shrinking finishing fabric shrinkage rate is unqualified and should be checked:
1 Whether the fabric moisture supply rate meets the requirements.
2 Whether the pressure meets the requirements.
3 Is the amount of super feed moderate?
(7) Pre-shrinking machine various bearings, add lubricating oil once a week, check once a year.
2. Operational precautions
(1) Prepare and inspect the work before driving.
(2) First open the empty car, adjust the corresponding pressure and temperature required for pre-shrinking, and then introduce the fabric for pre-shrinking finishing.
(3) Regularly check the fabric shrinkage rate.
(4) After the fabric is pre-shrinked, the empty car should still be operated, the pressure should be relaxed, the steam should be turned off, and the temperature of each roller should be lowered before stopping.
